Ideally located, in the highly sought after, unspoilt, los Frontones area, off the beaten track, the villa is rural, tranquil and completely private yet has easy access to the beautiful hilltop city of Ronda - one of the finest pueblos blancos - and the many charms of inland Andalucia: Ronda is less than ten minutes by car or a twenty minute bike ride and the lively village of Arriate is only five minutes away.
The area is well known for its fabulous hospitality, stunning landscapes, incredible wildlife and flourishing vino tourism.
The atmosphere is extremely calming and everything is on hand for a fabulously relaxing holiday. Superbly suited to family get-togethers or romantic getaways, with its thick walls, shady terraces and air conditioning, the villa stays cool even in the height of summer. A wood burner and central heating keep the house cosy through the short Andalucian winters.
Mature vines provide much needed shade over the south facing terrace which stretches the full width of the house and overlooks the garden with its inviting, private pool and stunning, 360 degree views. Take a leisurely breakfast on the east facing terrace looking towards the olive grove and lush valley or sip a glass of wine from one of the many excellent local vineyards and watch the sun set over the mountains to the west. A paella burner, Weber barbecue and well-stocked herb garden add to the appeal of al fresco dining. The villa sits in a nature lover’s, bird watcher’s and walker’s paradise with walks right from the door and the stunning vistas offer incredible inspiration to those with an artistic or photographic inclination.
